The Phase 1 structure now separates durable knowledge, research, projects, cases, reading, and reviews while keeping Markdown as the source of truth.
Decisions
- Keep the site static and dependency-light.
- Exclude private content structurally rather than hiding it in the interface.
- Start with a small number of explicitly marked example notes.
